Stanton was starting to feel frustrated. There was a lot of information coming, and it was coming fast. It was still not fast enough for him. There were lots of questions and very little answers. A ship with CRV markings. Surely, this must be a mistake. He did take time to notice Commander Phontan's talents. He had heard some things, but seeing it in action was a different thing entirely. He took time out for a brief smile. "Excellent work, commander we'll have to do the rest the old fashioned way." He said quickly. "Commander Rai, do you have anything else to add before we make an attempt to hail them?"

She didn't scream when he moved her away from the couch and the bulk head, which is very good but it can also be very bad, especially if her leg is as mangled and crushed as he thinks it may be. He prayed to the prophets that it wasn't. Her voice ringing in his ears brought a smile to his face, her thanking him for rescuing her from further injury or even death. "You're always welcome, Lindsey. I would come and rescue you anytime you were in trouble." She said looking down at her, imagining the twinkle in her eyes as she smiled one of her gorgeous smiles
He felt her shift a little, her attention moving toward the room's view port. His own attention shifted to the same place, where he too seen the abnormally large vessel fill his view "Great Wormholes!" He said as he straightened a little, moving to glimpse out the view port. "One of the biggest ship's I ever did see. Looks much bigger then a sovereign. I can't.." pauses as he heard some other crew men down the hall. Worried that he wouldn't get to the door in time to get their help, he called out to them "Hello, out there! I need some help, I have an injured woman here!" The footsteps grew closer and two bodies filled the doorway with lights that nearly lit the whole room "Thank the prophets you're here." He walked back over to lindsey's side as one of the female medics came in with a tricorder and medical kit to see how injured she is.

Narrator - Sotrila - USS Edgington "I thank you for the honor, and I will endeavor to equal the challenge I think that both yours and the admiral's ship seem larger than the Sotrila. I would have you both render aid and supervise evacuation. I feel whomever purpotrated this heinous attack is not done. I am positive this was aimed at Admiral Robert. The Sotrila will be investigating the attack in a effort to ascertain what happened and what threat it poses against the CRV." The Edgington’s captain responded, “My ship is merely designed for combat. I find it more appropriate that you take lead as your vessel is better equipped, being a large Science/Medical vessel.” The Akira Class is shorter by nearly 200 meters from the Vesta Class, Sotrila.
“I will render whatever assistance at my disposal to you.” Captain Russell turns back to his XO, ‘Prepare what shuttles and crafts to help the Sotrila in aiding the Starbase. I leave that in your capable hands Commander Wilson.’ Moving his attention back to Captain Briggs. “Captain to Captain. We are both on are own on this as Colonel Ta’vo has ‘logically’ fail to understand ‘The needs of the one’ (being Admiral Roberts) doesn’t out way the needs of the survivors.” Paused a moment. “I agree this was aimed towards Admiral Roberts and as well as the other two Admirals Grant and Shaw.” Knowing the balance of power is even by having two remaining Admirals and two other members. The CRV would be feared to be divided in half or fail to poor/wrong leadership. " I would like to have a meeting with you two within the hour just to hear your own thoughts on the matter. I was first on the scene, but my instincts tell me I am the on who is the furthest out of the loop." “Captain Briggs, you will gain nothing by inviting Colonel Ta’vo. His under….” His words where cut off when Captain Russell’s Tactical officer tells him that the Imperium has raised shields and targeted the USS Vengeance. Clearly shows a desperate move and a futile opponent. He orders his Tactical Officer to also raise shields, however, doesn't power weapons. In front of Captain Briggs Russell hails the USS Imperium, “Colonel Ta’vo? What is your logic in targeting the USS Vengeance? USS Imperium Colonel Ta'vo replies to the Edgington. “Captain Russell, it is merely an act that the USS Vengeance is here. She is simply proposing a fabricated performance. To aid the Starbase when they are really here working with Admiral Grabfoot and Rothschild. It is logical to assume they have perpetrated this attack to assume control of the CRV.” Having this channel open to both the USS Edgington, Thunder, and Sotrila. The USS Imperium powers her Phasers and fires at the Vengeance’s Bridge.USS Vengeance On board the USS Vengeance’s Command Deck crewmen dressed in black uniforms and gloves. Calmly go about they’re business, clearly unaffected by the aggressive attack by the Imperium. With audio only she hails to all vessels, ‘I advise not to fire. Automated defenses will disable your ships.’ The voice was a male's tone almost as stoically said like a Vulcan. Having that the Imperium had already fired at the Bridge, the armor of the Vengeance absorbs the energy of the Phaser. Leaving no damage but less then a second later one of the Collimated Phaser Arrays that were nearest to the USS Imperium powers and targets the Imperium’s Nacelles. For every shot that the Imperium makes the Vengeance’s Phasers quickly returns fire in the same spot. The Imperium's Port Nacelle is destroyed after two shots. All the while the USS Vengeance tractor beams the lower half of the Starbase in a higher orbit from the planet.
On the uncommon design of the Command Deck; officers were dressed in all black uniforms. Their hands covered in black matte gloves with a simple sliver, bronze and or gold thin metallic pins adorning their left breast. Showing ranks. The corridors and rooms to this ship is dimly lit but faces won't be clear until your direct of sight within a meter. Materializing just beyond the Vengeance's command chairs and station consoles and a few feet from the five multi view screens a figure finds them self in front of the crew of one of the two member's of the CRV Council. The Commanding officer of the Vengeance speak out,‘Admiral, your among friends. We will get to the bottom of this.’ The commanding officer gave no clear rank and Admiral Shaw would know who they are at the same time won't be sure until the center view screen activated. A person or rather a silhouette, phased and visually distorted to prevent any form of identification; no gender could be implied by the silhouette, or the mechanical voice that it spoke with. He was simply known to represent something call ‘The Institute’. ‘Admiral, welcome on board my starship. Who is responsible for this?’ TAGS Admiral Shaw, and ALL OOC added content

Anything else to add? As if she hadn't just told him that, in essence, Admiral Rothschild herself was involved in this somehow?
"I think that if we were able to locate the Cold Harbor and perform as weapons count, that we'd find they were missing the precise number of gravimetric torpedoes necessary to cripple a starbase and destroy the CRV Admiralty, sir."

With all the ship's around the starbase in communications with each other, Grab foot merely sits back and listens to what is being said, each captain promising to help aid in the evacuation and medical aid of the wounded. He attempted to take command, since he is the only admiral accounted for at the moment and he was brushed off by one Colonel Ta'Vo. Ok, so he may not have the pull or the rank to take command of the CRV, but he was still an admiral. He did not take it very well to be simply brushed off.
Nor did he take it very well when the same said Colonel had openly accusing him to be working with the Vengeance to try and take over the CRV. He opened a channel to the Imperium with the Edgington on the line too. "Colonel Ta'vo. That is twice you have insulted my integrity and intelligence, First by brushing me off and now making false accusations against me. I may not have command of the CRV but as an admiral, I can order you to stand down from any attack you may be attempting.." He paused, looking on as the Imperium fired at the Vengeance, the Vengeance absorbing the attack and returning fire, the Imperium losing her port nacelle in two shots. He shook his head, muttering, "I tried to warn him.."
He closed the link to the Imperium, then opening one to the Vengeance "USS Thunder to Vengeance. Advisement not to attack taken but I stand by to assist in any way possible."

Admiral Shaw had been unexpectedly called away from his office only a few minutes before the blast. The lift he'd been in had been hit by the shockwave and Shaw had been thrown against the lift's wall.
He'd awakened slowly. His head throbbing and opened his eyes, quickly shading them again against the glare of a power surge. The control panel started to spark and he'd tried to use the sleeve of his uniform tunic to insulate his hands while he broke the panel open and searched for the fire suppression switch. Acrid smoke from burning cicuitry filled the car and he'd dropped to the floor, coughing, still attempting to activate the switch.
He hadn't heard the sound of the transporter that brought him aboard Vengeance.
"Admiral, you're among friends. We will get to the bottom of this." a dimly outlined figure said.
Friends? Shaw was skeptical. He merely nodded and brushed ash from his tunic. By the dim light of the command center, he watched the black uniformed crew, coolly perform their duties.
"Where?", he began to ask, but was interrupted by the activation of the center view screen.
Shaw squinted at the screen but no detail of the person could be discerned.
"Admiral, welcome on board my starship. Who is responsible for this?"
"Who are you?" He demanded of the unfocused image. The person had gone to considerable lengths to conceal his identity, so Shaw didn't expect an answer. He didn't get one.
"I don't know who did it!" He said angrily. The figure on the screen waited silently.
He sighed. "Who wants all of us dead? Who stands to take advantage of if we are? Who wasn't there but knew the rest of us would be? Admiral Rothschild! Put an end to her grievances with us once and for all by destroying the entire starbase. Who else cares so little about anyone but herself that she would put her own ambitions above the lives of thousands. She wouldn't do the job herself though. She'd want someone gullible to take the blame on her behalf while offering them something they wanted in return."
Shaw looked speculative, then sneered. Admiral GrabFoot arrived only recently, didn't he? How is it that he finds himself in the perfect position to offer assistance in our time of need? I wouldn't doubt that he even volunteered to help by taking over the CRV! Well, not while I'm alive, damn it!" "He can take his offer and shove it up his furry..."A sudden burst of static cut Shaw off.

I’m ‘First’ Commanding Officer of the Vengeance.’ A voice in the distance speaks out, “Admiral GrabFoot arrived only recently, didn't he? Evidence from our scans detect nine Gravimetric devices were used to destroy the Starbase. From what Admiral Shaw is telling us it is rather suspicious that you just so happen to be…..’ He paused a moment, ‘Not on board the Starbase during the attack? Admiral.’ Another out burst from the background. “He can take his offer and shove it up his furry..." The 'First' clears his throat. ‘Admiral? Sir, There is no way to prove your are innocent, at the moment. I’d like to ask your terms of your surrender.’ Through the view screen on Admiral Grabfoot’s end. He would see a man in all black uniform with a gold strip bar on his left chest. However, his face is covered by the darkness while the lights shine behind him. Giving difficulty seeing the Command Deck and who were on the Bridge. Everything about this ship was a mystery but the signs of the uniforms would tell Admiral Grabfoot who they were. Whether they had authority over Grabfoot or not, he wouldn’t have much of a choice. The ‘First’ walked close enough to Admiral Shaw to reveal his face to him. Having the channel still open to Admiral Grabfoot. He speaks, ‘I am ‘First’ Branson Tyler of The Institute, I am the embodiment of the seventh member of the CRV Council. As ‘The Institute’ being one of the largest suppliers of the CRV. We take the interest in knowing who committed the destruction of the CRV's 'property'. Also for the sake of the late Admiral Roberts's starship, Admiral Shawcan you kindly order her to 'obey' orders to stand down? Or i be force to disable her permanently.’ While speaking he gestures to the center screen the seventh member, whom only Admiral Shaw could see ‘its’ silhouette. TAGS Admiral Grabfoot & Shaw. A friendly voice rises to be heard in the storm of communications between the vessels, singing praises that he was still alive and unhurt while other members and leaders of the CRV were injured, unconscious or dead. He was about to respond to the friendly voice when another voice cut in. Hearing the Second voice had his tail twitching, the voice accusing him of trying to plan the destruction and take over of the CRV. Now while the second voice was alive. He growled low, his tail lashing a couple times. That could be arranged, he thought to himself. If The unfriendly didn't shut his mouth, he would love to yank out his tongue and feed it to him.
When the second outburst from the unfriendly spoke up, he hissed in anger at the screen, aiming that at the unfriendly Admiral Shaw. When he finally did speak, he spoke to the First Commander of the vengeance "Granted, circumstances do seem suspicious that I would be the only high ranking officer not to be aboard the Star base when it blew but I can assure you I have nothing to do with it. During the free time I had, I was upgrading the systems to my own personal ship. As you have stated, evidence is pointing against me, I will surrender willingly so that my innocence can be proven. As for my terms of surrender, I request this: That a muzzle be placed on Admiral Shaw's tongue before I come over there and pull it from his head myself and feed it to him. Other then that, I have no other terms and comply with the impending and ongoing investigation of who is responsible, whether it be Rothchild or someone else."

"The only thing I'll agree to is that it's safer to have Admiral GrabFoot here where he can be watched, but not by much. With that ship of his, you wouldn't even know if he gave the order to destroy us. He can sit here, cool as an Andorian iceberg and send a neural command we have no way of tracking and then deny he had anything to do with it."
Shaw stood, arms crossed defensively as the Sivaoan admiral was transported aboard.
Reining in his anger, Shaw jerked his head in a simultaneous signal of acknowledgement to the First's request and indication for a channel to be opened to the other vessel.
"USS Imperium, this is Admiral Shaw aboard USS Vengeance, you're ordered to stand down immediately. Hold your fire or you will be destroyed. Acknowledge!", then added, "We all want to see whoever is responsible for this brought to justice, don't sacrifice yourself and your ship needlessly."

Grab foot blinks as he felt a transporter beam suddenly transport him off his own ship to the Vengeance. Thunder would drift toward the bigger vessel, with no hostile moves. Glancing around the Vengeance's bridge. Shaw's crossed arm posture one of the first things he saw. Suddenly he felt an peculiar energy, one that he hadn't felt in a couple millennia. His gaze moved to the view screen, to the Sotrila. Could Kate be aboard? She had to be, it would be the only thing to explain the peculiar, yet familiar, feeling of energy. Perhaps he got more out his time with Kate then he realized. He knew she would try to kill him if he had tried to find her, but perhaps she forget that vow in the last couple thousand years? It didn't really matter anyway, he hadn't tried to look for or planned to find her but it seems like he done just that.
He turned toward Admiral Shaw as he addressed the Imperium, ordering the captain to stand down. Grab foot approached and stood next to Admiral Shaw as he finished his message, adding a message of his own "Imperium, this is Admiral Grab foot of~Two Dawns, also aboard the Vengeance. I am in agreement with Admiral Shaw" reluctantly, he mentally added "Stand down your attack. Only a fuzz brain would choose to walk this path of foolishness."

USS Edgington The Edgington’s captain transported on board the USS Sotrila to meet with Captain Briggs.TAGS Stanton Briggs
'This was absurd.' That was the only thought that came to mind as Stanton Briggs exited the bridge of the Sotrila. The head of his division not dead a day, and the games begin. Since the assault on the star base Briggs could trust nothing and no one. He hadn't had time to even get familiar with his crew, all well and good. He would simply have to judge everyone by their actions. He had given the comm to his Executive officer, but he knew that his operations officer had worked with him before so she would make sure that nothing he would disapprove of would happen. He entered the transporter room designated for visitors and turned to the transporter chief. "I want you to make sure no weapons are transported aboard." He said bluntly. It wasn't that he distrusted Captain Russel anymore than he did anyone else. It was a very simple equation. There was an attack that to his mind was an assassination disguised as a mass attack. So no one would be considered above suspicion until they proved otherwise. "Once the transport is complete go to parade rest." He was being cautious about this Captain, but there was still the respect due. He waited for their hail. Tag: Captain Russel

Kitsune wakes up in his quarters. "AHHHHHHHH..." panting deeply "Oh thank god it was a dream. I was a Raindeer who can talk and was a pirate and a doctor and my captain was a rubber band...I seriously must be getting mental." sliding his legs over the edge. "well time to get up anyway" stops in his tracks "I smell something" sniffing the air. "Perfume" an evil grin crosses his face as he slowly turns his head to the door.
