Post by Lt Jessica Bensen Of~Two Dawns on Oct 24, 2015 14:01:55 GMT -5
Jessica had come onto the bridge to relieve the late shift Tactical officer when she noticed, on screen a shuttle heading at high speed toward the Sotrila. She didn't have to use the sensors or anything to know who was aboard. She knew at least two occupants. Admiral Two Dawns and that of Commander Phontan. If there was ever a polar opposite of feelings within her, it was with this pair. She loved her father, the Admiral, dearly but with the commander, her natural birth mother, if you can call her natural at all, there was nothing but loathing and contempt.
The Harbringer's sudden destruction brought her attention back to the viewscreen. She checked to see if the Sotrila was far enough away, which is seems to be, for any debris to float in to cause any more damage. She watched as the shuttle circled around to land in the shuttle bay, to which she opened the bay doors so they could
Jessica's ears flicked back and tail stiffened when she saw Captain Briggs step off the TL and made a B-line to his.. what's left of his ready room. She smiled and thought it was good to see him back.. but her smile was short lived..
A few minutes later, Phantan came to the bridge with barely contained fury. She felt this fury as soon as the shuttle landed and knew someone is about to feel her wrath. Could it be Grant jr? She didn't think it would be the admiral, cause he hasn't came to the bridge.
Turns out it was the captain himself, she felt the release of her heated fury, could hear some of the yelling she dished out. She just shook her head. No respect for anyone but herself, she mused
She looked back to the RR just as Phontan came out, eyes glowing. She was in drak mode. She fired off a series of questions about goals and choices. She thought for a couple moment and decided she would stay with Sotrila, despite the nearness of the commander. Her whiskers twitched at the sinister smile from said commander.
She was about to respond when she heard the voice of the captain, ring out over at Helm, to set a course for the last known coordinates of the Legacy. She glanced over at helm to see the chair empty. As she re-routed helm control to Tactical, she heard the captain's voice again, over the commander's comm badge, something about a senior officer's meeting. She glanced over to Phontan, but then tapped her comm badge "Lt Two Dawns to Captain Briggs. Course and speed laid in for the Legacy and I'm on my way to the officer's meeting." She then tapped the channel closed

Location: Deck 7, Sickbay
Madalyn leaned heavy against a bulkhead wall, the amount of wounded over whatever had happened to them was staggering, though most of the issues were superficial there were still many of the ships personnel and civilian population that had to be treated. Though it did seem that actual casualties were at a bare minimum thankfully. She was covered in all manners of bodily fluids; she did find a small spot on her shirt that didn’t have something on it. It was kind of a bright blue patch.
The doors to sickbay hissed open and one of the nurses stepped out and found a spot on the opposite side of the corridor from her, she slowly slid down to the floor sitting and hugging her knees. She too was covered head to two in fluids. “Is it over yet?” she asked looking up at the councilor.
Madalyn nodded her head allowing a yawn to escape her lips. “That was…” she stopped trying to find the words.
“Hell?” the young woman said staring at the closed door to the sickbay beyond.
“No, but close!” she said, a flashback from a long time ago fluttered through her subconscious another reminder of why she wasn’t a doctor anymore. “I think I’m going to head back to my quarters and see about a clean change of clothes. You should too Ensign!” she pushed off the wall; there was kind of a stick sound as her cloths pulled against the wall. It made her pause to look back. There was a near perfect imprint of her behind and shoulder blades on the wall. It was almost artful in nature with the various colors. She let out a giggle.
The young Ensign who was slowly climbing to her feet looked up at the giggling woman and spotted the spots on the wall and she grinned allowing a giggle herself. The two of them looked odd enough laughing at some spots on the wall. “Goodnight Councilor!” the Ensign said starting down the hall.
She turned and started heading down the corridor toward the turbolift. Her mind suddenly wandering to Haemis. She had not had the time to check in on him, perhaps now was the time. She stepped into the turbolift and moved to stand toward the side of the lift. “Computer where is Chief Engineering McTavish?” she asked.
“Lieutenant Commander McTavish is on Deck 11, Main Engineering.” The computers voice called back to her.
“Very well, deck 11 Please?” she asked, and the lift quickly headed down toward her desired deck. She looked down at her cloths once again and frowned, “I need a shower!” she muttered. “And these need to be burned!” the lift began to slow. Something made the hair on the back of her neck stand up, a strange sensation of radiating anger and perhaps even passion. It was a strange sensation. Something she had never felt before. She blinked it away as the doors opened to deposit her on Deck 11. She strolled from the lift heading down the corridor to the main walkway that would take her around the bend toward engineering.
She came around the bend and was about to make the turn into Engineering to walk through the doors which at the moment were locked open when a familiar voice caught her attention stopping her. It was Haemis, he sounded angry. ”Nay, got me too much work lad. Didn’t I bloody tell ye not to call me Irish!” he was yelling at someone.
She started down the corridor to see him standing there very red faced as if he was angry, he nodded as if he were talking to someone and then started around the corner to where she was certain was another turbolift. She started after him, “Haemis, you alright?” she called out to him.
She could hear the hiss of the turbolift doors as she came around the corner. She stood there a long moment trying to figure out what she had just seen. Perhaps she had missed whomever it was he was talking too. She reached into a pocket and pulled out the padd which would give her access to his bio monitor she had him wearing.
One of her Eyebrows went up as the readings appeared on the screen. They were confusing, his adrenalin was pumping, pain receptor levels were seriously high, repertory activity was lower than average, his heart beat was showing signs of arrhythmia, brain wave activity was scattered, he was showing and his dopamine levels were off the chart. She blinked a few times only having seen this in patients who had suffered some serious head trauma or were under some sort of duress. She started for the turbolift. “Computer, what is the location of the Chief engineer!” she said again. “Lieutenant Commander McTavish is on Deck 9, Primary Water Storage.”
She stepped into the turbolift and spun around with determination. “Deck 9!” she said staring at the padd, hoping that he had just been injured again and just was being too stubborn to go to Sickbay!

(About 4 minutes have passed…)
Haemis put the last tool in his tool box and put the metal cover grate back over the main pressure valve of the ships main water tank. He brushes his hands on his uniform and started for the door, his head was pounding as if someone had just nailed him with a pipe. He really needed to head to sickbay to see if they could do something about it. He stopped just inside the doorway as it parted and pulled a padd from his pocket to take a look and see what tasks were near sickbay that he could handle on the way. He found exactly what he needed. One of the primary wave guides was offline to the medical laboratories. He nodded and looked up to see Madalyn standing there staring at him. “Councilor?” he asked.
“Haemis, are you alright?” she asked looking down at her padd and then back up at him.
“Bit of a headache but otherwise fine? Why lass?” he asked shifting his weight.
She approached him slowly still staring at her padd. “Your bio monitor may be malfunctioning, or we need to get you to sickbay!” she said looking up as she stopped in front of him. She looked past him into the room beyond. “What were you doing up here?” she asked him.
“Changing the pressure regulator on the water main, why?” she asked him.
“How long does something like that usually take?” she asked staring back into the room.
“About half an hour or so depending upon complications, why?” he asked, with a befuddled look on his face.
She shifted uneasy, her eyes falling on his and then to the padd in her hands. “You should come to sickbay with me so we can get you checked out Haemis.” She said softly. “Right now.”
“Aye, I was already thinking of heading that way, can we stop long enough for me to check out a wave guide.”
“Beep!”
“No, I think we should head there straight away.” She placed the padd in her pocket.
“Beep!”
Haemis looked up and then turned back around, looking back at the tank. “What in the bloody ell is that?”
“Beep!”
“What Haemis?”
“The bloody beep’n!” he said as he turned as if to go back into the room.
“Beep”
“I don’t hear anything Haemis, let’s go ok. I think that bump on your head may have been worse than you thought” she said dragging him down the hallway by the arm.
He paused waiting for a moment, the ringing in his ears began to grow again. “I think your right, Imma just hear’n things.” He turned as she pulled on him guiding him down the corridor. “That bad huh?” he asked.
“Yeah!” she said as they turned the corner and entered the lift. “Deck 7, Sickbay!” she said.

As the lift descends down the shaft and her communicator goes off with Stanton’s voice. Kate nearly wanted to strangle that man but she listen to most of what he said. Before she crushed the commadge in her hand Kate spoke in to Stanton, “Fuck you and your damn orders. Call your sheep yourself!” She dropped the Starfleet device as if it was a candy wrapping. “Computer? Take me to the Main Transport Room.” She stepped of the turbo lift and strolled through the corridor to the transporter room. When she entered Kate walked up to the attendant lifted him as if he was lighter then a feather and gentle but firmly connected his head with the bulkhead. Not dead just involuntarily a sleep before hacking in to the system and transporting herself successfully on to the USS Thunder, moments before the Sotrila jumped to warp.
She had only minutes before her human pet(, Stanton) realized she was gone. Course she had to quickly deal with Admiral Furball’s security measures, as she immediately phase-cloaked herself Thunder’s Main Engineering. Drak vessels are like Grabfoot’s neural connection with Thunder but Kate needed to override his command and insert hers at the same time. As she de-cloaks and materializes back in normal space, she was in full Drak battle gear while no one of this verse has previous set eyes on. Kate’s bio-armor in her new silhouette integrated in to the Thunder’s engineering computer and configure it to go to warp. Destination unknown but far from the Sotrila for the time being…

Stanton’s goal wasn’t to have commanding presence most Captain’s don’t need it. However, that is exactly what he exuded. He was the last one in to make it into the meeting. He looked at his crew and what he saw was a bunch of people and not a coherent unit. He saw them looking at their PADD’s and barely acknowledging the presence of the people sitting next to them. They were hunting was of the most brilliant commanders in Starfleet history, and right now he wondered if any of them had ever interacted to say more than two words to each other. “McTavish,” He said finally. “Damage report.”

OOC Note: I will attempt to 'multi-post' to catch up on everything, so please bear with me.
Location: Sotrilla's Bridge
Patton turned and looked at the feline officer and raised an eyebrow "No worries, Lieutenant." He purposefully used her rank, to try and re-establish order on the bridge. "Nobody, nobody here, would destroy a ship with Federation personnel still on board. However, we're not sure where we are and what's going on, and it's against protocal to leave a Starship in enemy space intact, especially a CRV ship; way to high of security risk." He let out a soft sigh, as he looked around. "Besides, I think we've lost enough people today; I'll be damned if I'm going to lose more." He turned and looked back at the damaged view screen.
*short time advance*
Before the Engineering Chief could get everyone set to go over to the Harbringer, the Sotrila's systems registered quick spike in some unknown readings, then the ship exploded. While the crew worked to respond to the emergency, and the Sotrila shook under the explosion, a small shuttle craft was registered, returning... "Ah Hell." Was all Patton muttered.
*time advance - acknowledges all Stantons/Kate's post*
It was a damn oddity, everything was at the moment, and what was left of the crew and senior staff, were confused and worried about everything that was going on. Stanton hadn't said much of anything since he returned with Admiral Grabfoot and Commander Phontan. Patton simply fell into his duty, and did his duty, and worked to re-secure the ship and get things working as best as possible; still uncomfortable with his responsibility change.
He knew Kate and Stanton were in what was left of his Ready Room talking, again, and that there were orders coming. Patton figured that was both a good thing, and could possibly be a bad thing. When Kate left the Ready Room in a 'huff', Patton tried to ignore, but then she stopped to give a speech to the crew on the Bridge.
"Who here thinks your Captain has been making careless choices?" Patton immediately stiffened and turned towards here "Commander!" he yelled, shocked at such an insubordinate act. She didn't care, and continued. "What are your goals? Have you all lost your justification in being in the Gamma Quadrant or run back home like cowards..." Patton couldn't believe it, she was getting close to mutiny, "Commander Phontan, you outta be more careful of what you say and who you say it in front of..." He wasn't threatening, but now he had to address the issue at hand, and this could cause significant problems across the ship. "Make your choices ladies and gentlemen." Phontan, as usual, ignored everyone in the area to do whatever she wanted. Sergeant-Major Grant took a step forwards, as she turned and vacated the Bridge, and spoke to her back, the closing turbo lift doors, and then to the bridge crew. "There are never choices for us, as we're all officers of Starfleet and the CRV; our duty is to follow the choices of our Captain. You attend to your duties, and he'll attend to his. Once decided, he'll let us know what 'choice', was made and that we will follow."
* time advancement *
Upon entering the conference room, Patton took up a seat to the 'right' of Captain Stanton, where the XO is supposed to sit in such briefings, but he also sat down cautiously. There was a lot he didn't know, and a lot he didn't understand, and most of which made him feel uncomfortable. Over his head and out of his element. But, duty is duty, so he sat down; PADD in one hand, a heavy CAFF drink in his other. He met eyes with Captain Brigg's after sitting down "Sir."

Location: Deck 2, Briefing Room.
Haemis had gotten the call to report the briefing room as the Captain had decided that they needed to have a sit down to discuss their current predicament. He had arrived and settled into a chair, his head was still swimming a bit from the medication that one of the doctors had given him after being dragged to Sickbay by Madalyn. She was right, he had hit his head worse than he expected. They were trying to figure out where the chemical imbalance was but those results would have to wait until they had a chance to fix the Primary Waveguide that supplied the Medical Labs with power to their equipment.
He glanced up and acknowledged the Captain as he walked into the room and watched briefly as he surveyed those present. He could see the Captain’s mind was chewing on something, and it was bothering him. He glanced back down at his Padd but only just for a moment before Captain Briggs addressed him.
“McTavish!” his name came across the man’s lips firmly, “Damage Report!”
He glanced back up from his Padd, and keyed a button bring diagram the Damage Control Diagram of the ship on the monitor embedded in the wall at the end of the conference room. “Where a bit of a mess Capt’n.” he gestured. “We have Warp Capabilities, Impluse engines are functional but we donna have any backup fusion reactors until we can repair the few that were damaged. So don’t over stress them, what’s in line is all we’ve got for the moment.” He shifted in his chair. "Damage is 'superficial' throughout the ship. Docking Port on the port side will need to be replaced and given any combat we should protect that spot until we can reinforce the hull there.”
Haemis looked down at his Padd again. “Other than that the hull itself is fine. Weapon Systems are online and function. Phaser Relays on the Ventral hull are a patchwork so avoid using them too much if possible. Medical Labs are without power to their equipment, replicators are sporadically out all over the ship. Our Industrial Replicators for parts are down so were using reserves until we can get them back up and running.”
He paused and glanced over at his Captain. “Then there’s the matter of yer office. It’s going to take some time to get that burnt husk back into shape. I’ve got a few people gathering what’s needed to start the job but with so many other high priorities it might take some time.”
He stopped and let that sink in.

The water was cold. It pressed against her eyes and squeezed her chest. Every moment was an eternity of agony as Mehrunissa fought the instinct to breathe.
"Follow the bubbles" the voice said in her head, when panic threatened to overtake her.
She broke the surface and gasped. "Ben!" Instead of the crushing glacial towers she'd expected, she was on Sotrila's bridge. Everyone who was there turned to look at her questioningly.
"It was nothing.",she replied, turning away in embarrassment. "Just a sudden recollection." She turned back to her console. A dream? Hallucination?
She heard the captain's voice via comm order all senior personnel to the conference room and responded mechanically. Whatever the explanation, she would deal with it later.
Wearing an expression of cool confidence, she picked up a padd and followed the others. A few feet in front of her and just to the side, a young man stood smiling.
"You!" She stopped dead in surprise, causing Lt. Two-Dawns to narrowly avoid plowing into her.
"Who are?.." The man was gone. The tactical officer was looking at her strangely. "Did you see..", Mehrunissa began. "Nevermind." She waved it away. She knew the man and yet she also had the feeling they had only just met. She composed herself before someone decided she ought to be going to sickbay rather than a meeting.

His look told Haemis he was one more bit of bad news from going straight for his throat. He looked at all of the officers sitting at the conference table. Stanton realized what he was doing and snapped out of it. He had this strange buzzing in his ear. A low hum that made him feel like there was an emanent danger. He stood up and looked over his crew. "Chief," He finally spoke. "Don't look so dour. I have faith in both you and your men. fuck the office, I'll work out of her. Priority one is sickbay. We have injured who need to be patched up. I"m sure Doctor Quigg would appreciate having the tools he needs to do that." He took a deep breath and stood even taller. "Second priority is weapons and hull structure. We wan't be catching Legacy any time soon so I want you to take advantage of that to get as much done as you can. The Catpain’s initial reaction wasn’t lost on him. It flared a bit of concern in the back of his mind, something to address later. He glanced down briefly realizing that his uniform was still a disaster. His mind was wandering, he looked back up to the Captain as he continued the briefing.

Back Post
She heard the Major's response, and the tone in which he said her rank, by the time he finished, her tail was so tightly coiled, it was in pain. How naive can one get, she asked herself. She barely held back a laugh but she pinned the young Grant with a cold hard look. "By your own admission, you don't know where we are but then you say we're in enemy space. How do you know this..? No one on this ship could destroy a federation ship with people still on board?" She could, but she wasn't about to admit that "I'll agree to that, Major.." said with the same tone he used "..but I'm not concerned for those here. My concern lies with those over there.." She points at the viewscreen, at the Harbringer "..With one person over there, and I'm not talking about the Admiral. I'm talking about Commander Phontan." She nearly spat at the mention of her name on her tongue. Just thinking about her left a bad taste in her mouth.
Moving up a bit to the present, just before the meeting.. with Grabfoot
Grab foot was in the lounge getting a drink when he felt Kate transport herself aboard Thunder. He glanced out a View port just as the Sotrila jumped to warp "Commander, just what do you think you are doing?" He asked, neurally, his voice ringing out of Thunder's internal comms. She didn't answer him, which of course, didn't surprise him but instead tried to take over the neural link. He tried to fight it but not only Kate's physical power too much, but her mental power as well. Without risking a mental lobotomy, he sighed to himself as he shut down the neural link, thinking then when and If she returned, there were other ways to deal with her.
Present, before meeting, with Jessica
As she prepared to go into the conference room, she heard someone call out a name. Instinct has her looking over to the woman, who looked rather embarrassed as she didn't seem to know where she was at the moment. She simply turned from tactical and moved toward the meeting room, the other woman, who verbalized someone's name entering, or rather suddenly stopped as she was about to enter, causing herself to stop as well or run over the other woman. The Commander, as Jessica saw the pins on the other woman's collar, still looked confused as she started to ask if she had seen something or someone, then dismissed the idea. Jessica briefly wondered if she should call sickbay but then dismissed that idea.. but if the commander showed more signs of her confusion, she would. Jessica then entered the room and found a seat to listen to the meeting.. listening as the Chief Engineer gave a lit of the ship's damage reports.. suddenly realizing that she still needed a new uniform as hers was in tatters, no thanks to the console that exploded and burned most of it off but then her lack of clothes was the least of her worries..
McTavish's long winded report and recommendations finally drew to a close and she casually sat up straighter. She heard the captai call on her next, asking if the weapon stores are damaged and if the ship is battle ready "As far as I can tell, our inventory of torpedo's are undamaged. If one was damaged and ended up exploding, we'd all go up with it. I been stuck on the bridge most of the time as Turbo lifts have been down and I couldn't get anywhere with a broken leg and ankle. As for being battle ready, I'd say no, not until we can get the phaser emitters and half to torpedo tubes fixed and fit for firing torpedo's, as the Chief there mentioned that being one of the things needing to be done. Speaking of burnt husks.." She commented with a glanced to Haemis "..When I came too, it was fizzling and had a few heated sparks left , giving me a buzz and would account for my.. lacking a unifirm."

Location: The Meat Locker, Legacy lower deck
Anton took a deep cleansing breath. It was a slow breath, and it was empowering. He wanted to slow his heart. He needed to marshal his emotions before he entered the room, his room. The room was cold. The months he spent working on the later shifts had paid off. He had bribed so many engineers to construct this secret room. A place where he could work unnoticed. The cold air lowered body temperature so heat sensors were impossible. The walls were made to make anyone’s presence blind to any of the ships many means of detection. It was large with diagnostic machines everywhere. There was not staff here. They had been dismissed hours ago.It was just the two of them. It would be only the two of them. The few engineers that did work on it had dubbed it “The Meat Locker” because it felt like a refrigeration unit. She lay across the table arms stretched over her head. It took enough “tranks” to know out a large elephant to take her down. She had a silver talon like claw dug into both her wrists and ankles. The restraints on her arms and legs could hold a Vulcan in full pon farr rage. He looked at her pale skin and strong features. She was stark and naked, but still had a regal bearing. The blood was draining slowly from her body into each of machine. He wanted to analyze her blood in different says. It wasn’t easy getting her here. The information from the institute was hard enough to come by. He had to use that knowledge to his full advantage. He had spent several weeks subtly testing her reaction to sound. He found a frequency that would affect only her. He had to admit some sense of arousal seeing laying helpless as he stuck the hypodermic needle into her vein. He could have used the more clinical hypo spray the idea of her blood on that needle was irresistible. For all her enhanced strength and power; she was very slight. He remembered gently picking her up and having them both transported into his special lab. Her breathing began to change as she awoke breast heaving and nipples stiff. She pulled against her restraints with a heave. Steam escaped her lips indicating the cold of the room. She was built for extreme conditions, she could take it. Anton should have been cold as hell, but he barely notice the temperature. His entire focus was on his charge. "Hello Anya," Anton said in a pleasant voice allowing just a hint of his Russian accent to show. "I know you probably have many questions, well tough. You brought me on board Legacy for a reason, but it was not to help you run a ship. It would be a waste of my talents. So tonight you and I are going to get to know each other intimately. He watched her strain trying to free herself causing the talons to cut her wrist and blood to trickle slightly from therm. It was like the more futile her struggle the harder she began to breath. He walked over to a table with several items on it and picked up a small cat o nine tails with metal at the ends of the flail. There were other ways to stimulate her blood, but none of them were this fun. He took a hard swipe racking it across so that it broke skin. She refused to acknowledge the pain instead looking Anton in the eyes. He had gotten her attention. She focused on him intensely. "Your blood is very precious. Do not waste it again, Anya," He again addressed her in a familiar name. "Tonight, we will show each other our true selves." He watched the wounds heal before his eyes. His eyes sparkled with a blissful satisfaction. "And so we begin...

Rai gave McTavish a slow blink of acknowledgment before returning her attention to the captain. What was it about engineers? Because they spent so little time on the bridge, they seemed to forget entirely about anything outside their own domain, respect for command for example. She'd take him aside later and remind him of that. Patton could use a reminder as well. He'd taken the seat next to the captain, albeit cautiously, without so much as a by your leave. It was her place, but as Briggs said nothing, Rai held her peace.
Her vision blurred suddenly and she closed her eyes only to open them again abruptly. She didn't want to appear inattentive. She was seeing double now, hazy outlines hovering near their originals. Fatigue or the bump on her head when she'd fallen on the bridge? Probably both. She folded her hands on the table and tried to focus on the stronger image of the captain, but her gaze continued to drift to the ghost standing over his left shoulder.

She manage to upgrade the Thunder’s speed at the threshold of transwarp. As long as Kate was deeply 'embedded' in the engineering bulkhead of the ship her modifications would remain working. The Thunder’s base code was reset after they all woke from the mysterious event and or even after Grabfoot re-establish a simple link. It still gave her a step up on assimilating the Starfleet’s systems to her needs. The four decks vessel was a poor substitution for a Drak ship, however it was the only thing that could search for the Legacy. Kate had no idea where to look other then to also look for the thing that Admiral Rothschild was looking for. She suspected it would be a Drak ship or something like it, Rothschild was born of the Institute. She logically assumed that was the Admiral’s goals. While Kate’s mind was amerced in the systems she found a hidden base code with the Institute written all over it. With many things that she was modifying like the cloaking device, she added decrypting the hidden files to her objectives.
When she opened the Institute files and discovered what they were, the Thunder made an abrupt course change directly in to Dominion space. Particularly towards a space station boarding one of many races under the Dominion rule. The Dominion reminded her of the Drak it was almost like returning home. After some time had elapsed the cloak was modified and crudely projected a holographically and matched the movements of a Karemma freighter. With Drak abilities on her side she could accomplish nearly anything or in this reality everything.
She found the Karemma space station and docked. Removed herself from the bulkhead but jury-rigged the Thunder to remained cloak and projecting the holographic freighter. She morphed out of the Drak battle gear and removed any Starfleet from her clothing before she boarded the station. She walked the station as if she owned it and showed no fear of anyone or thing. Kate approached what seemed to be a bar and ordered something not found in federation space. She slipped her quick hands in the pocket of the creature beside her. She threw at the barman whatever kind of currency that they dealt with in this region and left to go in search for a man.
It took her longer then she thought but she found the description of the alien found in the Institute’s files. It appeared that this man was the head of some illegal trading known for in the Beta Quadrant. The files didn’t say he would be attractive (good looking to Kate could mean anything….); she walked up to him or tried to but was met with some shady fellows. Kate eyed the illegal trader’s eyes and intensely flirted using her brilliant green eye hue. If not that it would have been swayed by her naked body as she discarded her clothing and the guards. So she fucked him right there and then with out the care of who was watching. The trader dismissed his people leaving them to properly fornicate in private. “Why? I felt better then they were drooling over us.” She said and the trader laughed. He embedded himself in her and Kate of course faked her moans of pleasure. She bit at his ear or what she thought was one and licked what was also thought was blood. “Tell me…” she said while the man grunted as he thrusted, “Tell you wa… wha, aat?” Kate placed her hands on his head and lifted it to meet her eyes. “Has a group of people that looks like me with black uniforms past through here? Or better yet traded with you?” The Trader groaned and thrusted deeply in Kate but she didn’t give him the reaction that he expected. Kate grew bored and she folded out her Drak armor around her hands and arms. She clasped them around the Trader’s head while she licked the male’s nose, again what looked like one. “If you don’t mind me, I will take a look see for myself.” Kate may not be entirely telepathic but her armor can extract data from organic storage devices and a brain was no different. The male yelled out but his people laughed it off thinking it as pleasure.
Images flashed in her mind showing her an older man that seemed intoxicated but fierce (Colonel J. Bul’tic) walking in with a Marine attachment making an exchange of crates. Kate lifted herself off the bulkhead that they were fucking against. She road the trader how she liked it and asked, “What did you give him? Tell me not through words..” She dug deeper in his mind; the creates were opened, showing artifacts; of what she couldn’t tell except for one symbol of a Drak character. Kate retracted her armor within her and the organ of the male. She kept riding him until her body heated and fire began to distort the space around them. Kate screamed in pleasure as the man disintegrate from within and under her. She stood slowly and cleaned herself before heading back to the Thunder.

Jessica glanced at Patton as he came in and took a seat next to the captain, a spot usually reserved by the first Officer. She hated to admit it, but she knew the first officer was not him, it was Commander Phontan, She wanted to flame broil Patton's back side for this move. She hated her mother but she hated Patton jr even more-so then her own mother. She simply growled low in her throat and looked away before the CO or Patton could look to see who she is growling at
Her eyes fell on Lt Cmdr Rai and could see her eyes were a bit unfocused. She then noticed the bump on the other woman's head and she wondered why she didn't see it before. She tired to pay attention to the meeting but her eyes kept refocusing, especially to a spot over her shoulder. A glance over both Rai's shoulder proved that nothing was there. She started to turn to the captain and bring Rai's condition to his attention but something caught the corner of her eye and when she looked again, she didn't see anything but then she caught some feeling, that wasn't of Rai.
Just then, the doors opened and the imposing figure of her father, Admiral Two Dawns, burst into the room and he looked quite upset. She heard him address the Captain "Captain Briggs, We have had an issue arise. Commander Phontan has taken my ship, without permission, and has left to go on her own." That bitch, Jessica thought as she turned her eyes to the Captain

Location: Sortrila Confernence Room
"Captain Briggs, We have had an issue arise. Commander Phontan has taken my ship, without permission, and has left to go on her own."
Stanton's head snapped over to where the Admiral stood. He wan't breathing particularly hard, but he definitely looked a bit flustered with the Sortila security chief. He knew that taking the Thunder was convenient, but in the back of his mind he still knew that stealing the Admiral's ship was giant "screw you!"; to both the Admiral and himself. Stanton didn't like his meetings interrupted, and he definitely didn't like being moved off the plan no sooner than a plan was created. These thoughts all occurred in seconds. "Admiral Grabfoot," He said in a calm collected voice. He talked to Grabfoot like a parent calming his child. "Do you have enough of a neural link to your ship to tell me where she has gone?" He said "she" not referring to Grabfoot's ship. Before the Admiral could answer He turned to the table. "Everyone save my XO is dismissed." He made the order without volume, but with great authority. He didn't wait for a reaction. The order was made and expected to be carried out without haste. "Admiral?" He turned back to Grabfoot. "I will repeat, are you tracking your ship?"
TAG: Admiral Grabfoot, Major Grant.

Grab Foot seen the look of surprise and also annoyance in the face of the captain. Annoyance at having his meeting interrupted. He was just going to have to get over that, he thought. He didn't plan on coming in and interrupting the meeting nor did he plan on having Commander Phontan take his ship without even bothering to ask.
His ears twitched toward the Captain as Stanton spoke. His tone was quiet and yet seemed to be as if he was trying to speak to him as a child. His tail and whiskers twitched at that but he listened to the captain anyway. He knew the She in whom he spoke of. He was about to answer the Captain when he spoke to the other officers in attendance that everyone is dismissed except for his First Officer. His eyes glanced toward Grant jr and another reason to twitch his whiskers became apparent. Another Grant nearly in the command seat. He shook his head and hoped history wouldn't repeat itself, this time. He glanced to Lt Two Dawns as she growled and got up to return to her station. He had a good feeling she wasn't happy about Grant jr being in the first officer's position and he shared her sentiment and thoughts.
He turned his attention back to the Captain as he asked if he still had a neural link "No, Captain. I disengaged the link when Kate decided to try and take over my ship. Kate is a formidable... woman, both mentally and physically. I wanted to avoid getting a mental lobotomy then try and fight her for control. There are other ways to punish her when we catch up to her, not that you have punished her enough.
As for tracking my ship, not at the moment. I can re-establish the link, perhaps without Kate knowing it, and attempt to get a navigational sensor reading and attempt to narrow down where she has run off too."

An entire deck on the Karemma space station was on fire, and quickly catching levels from above and below. Kate walked through the burning corridors and ignored the screaming Dominion lower races. She past the bar where she had her first real drink in years, past the burnt merchant she stole the credits from, and down the corridor to Grabfoot’s modified ship. She stepped on to the Thunder naked as her clothing burned off her. Kate folded out the Drak armor covering her entire body.
She scratched the walls with her claws making her way to main engineering, to embed herself in to the bulkhead. Kate reinitialized the Thunder’s systems with her own Drak armor’s systems. Thunder’s sensors picked up several vessels headed towards the Karemma space station. Kate open all channels listening to all the chatter of all the vessels around her. Her Drak systems generated a nearly authentic simulation of the same chatter around her to blend in. She made no sudden moves to flee but acted how a merchant would save one’s freighter.
When the Jem’Hadar attack 'fighters' arrived they began scanning the region. Kate managed to shut down everything but the Thunder’s modified cloak. The attack 'fighters' circled and its support ships aided the Karemma space station. The starship de-cloaked as it fired on the Jem’Hadar attack 'fighters', after the pulse cannons fired the starship cloaks back. The Thunder made some calculated maneuvers evading the 'fighters', the Starfleet escort ship manage to destroy three and disabled one of the seven Jem’Hadar attack 'fighters' not including their support ships.

OOC: This will be a continuation from last post..
Just as he said he could, he did just that, sent out a mental command to re-link with the neural control center in Thunder's main computer. It took a couple seconds to link, considering the distance separating Thunder from Sotrila. One of the first things that came to him is that Thunder was docked somewhere and multiple heat sugnitures which indicated the place was on fire. No surprise, especially when it came to Kate. Kate seemed to have been returning as if she had left the ship and he managed to catch her nude before she employed her bio armor. His whiskers twitched, as he muttered "That I didn't need to see."
He then felt a little queasy in the stomach as Kate embedded herself into the hull, then began recalibrating key systems to her modifications. He glanced at these new modifications and nodded slightly, seeing they were improvements on his own designs. After all, Thunder is a prototype
Tactical sensors alerted him to several vessels approaching just as he got a navigational sensor reading. She is in Dominion Space, docked.. or was doccked at a Karemma space station. He informed Captain Briggs of her current position and of the approaching vessels 'They're Jem'Hadar Attack 'fighters'... and they've began scanning the region." He stood by and.. watched as Kate played a little cat and mouse game with the Jem'Hadar ships, dicking in and out, firing and re-cloaking and making quite a few evasives to evade their fire but he knew Kate was playing with fire and even she can get burned "Captain, We need to get to Dominion space, and what's left of that Karemma Space Station.. Now!"
A heartbeat later, and without even waiting for the Captain's response, he turned and headed for the bridge. When he got there, he addressed the Helm Officer "Helm, set course for dominion space and a Karemma space station located there." He gave the officer the coordinates that he got from Thunder "Engage!"

The Jem’Hadar attack fighters triangulated the location of the Thunder and focused their fire upon it. Kate managed to beam herself off the Thunder and on one of the Jem’Hadar attack fighters, particularly the one that she disabled purposely. However, before leaving Grabfoot's ship she removed herself from the embedded bulkhead and jury-rigged the starship to continue the battle without her. Any upgrades Kate made are theoretical and or undiscovered by the Federation (basically can't be taken credit by Grabfoot). The Thunder 'without' Kate inside it is only capable of semi-phase cloak(, which even that isn't going to work properly without her embedded in the ship), warp propulsion drops back to standard warp and the structural integrity is shoddy at best. Moments prior dematerializing she could feel Grabfoot reinitializing. She inwardly but out loud said, "Good luck cat balls! I'm just about done with your ship..."
Once on the disabled attack ship in her full battle gear folded out she remained cloaked, unable to be detected by anyone on the attack fighter. She counted roughly 42 Jem’Hadars not including the Vorta. She made quick work of the Dominion soldiers which leaves the Vorta last to stab through the chest and up to his throat. She found what seemed to be the primary hub of the fighter. What Drak modifications she had done on the Thunder she did on the attack ship, again assimilating what she could take from the Vorta’s brain. Applying what she needed to mimic Dominion subspace chatter when needed. The Thunder’s attacks also helped her do the job without being interrupted, she assimilated in to the bulkhead and she worked quickly repairing what she broke.
When she was done she quickly shifted to modifying the Jem’Hadar fighter’s propulsion. She needed to make upgrades like how she made on the Thunder, as she needed to out run the Dominion and the Sotrila. Kate adjusted the subspace chatter that was generated to keep the support ships away. She manage to upgrade the Jem’Hadar’s warp beyond the 9.6 limit to the threshold of transwarp. As soon as she got the weapons and shields online she jumped to warp deeper in to Dominion space. Along the way she continues to upgrading key systems and continue to decipher the files she took from the Thunder.
TAGS: N/A Location: Drak modified Jem’Hadar Attack Fighter OOC: Too late Sotrila Crew; when you arrive at her last known location, the Sotrila crew will assume that Kate is still onboard the Thunder. Grabfoot's ship is still giving a decent fight but not for long. Its cloaking abilities are failing and shields are down 78% and soon after will reach a warp core breach. The Thunder's Drak modified abilities are useless without Kate linked. (Drak technology only works with the Drak Drone merged with the ship, as the Drak armor provides key systems that the host ship doesn't contain.) Unless the Sotrila can fight off the remaining three (3) Jem’Hadar Attack Fighters the Thunder will be destroyed.
Important: Also note any surveillance made by Grabfoot with Kate in her full Drak battle gear will be blurry, unable to be seen clearly, regardless of any enhancements. All that can be 'seen' is a dark mass with undefined boarders.
